We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, Beauty Haven reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Beauty Haven reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

All transactions are processed securely. Beauty Haven does not store your payment card details. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. Beauty Haven reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to countries within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Beauty Haven is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at denisbossv2@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at denisbossv2@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
